Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: Inpatient - Acute Care

Units Hiring:

• Renal/Neuro
• Telemetry

Location: Olathe, KS *Relocation assistance offered for out-of-area nurses

Schedule: Full-time, (3) 12hr shifts 7pm-7am, every 3rd weekend. No on call.

Pay: Based on experience, mid-point $40/hr, plus superior benefits and the opportunity to work with an award winning employer!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Registered Nurse duties to include but not be limited to:

- Plan, prioritize, and provide proficient, age-specific and developmentally/specialty appropriate nursing care by applying advanced specialty clinical nursing knowledge and skills and for ensuring the comfort and safety of patients/families

- Perform admission, discharge, and transfer procedures

- Assemble equipment and supplies for various diagnostic or treatment procedures in the specialty service area; perform or assist others with procedures or treatments

- Perform all Quality Assessment activities assigned and document

- Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required

REQUIREMENTS:

- BSN, or ASN with desire to obtain a bachelor's within five years of employment

- Current Kansas or compact licensure as a Registered Nurse without sanctions, required

- At least one year of acute care, inpatient, RN experience, required
